Client’s Requirement
Client’s requirement was unique and thus making the work very challenging for Team AssistUI. The client expected a complete professional looking website with simple but innovative functionalities. The main idea of the website is to revolutionize and spread any business that people want in an interactive and interesting manner.
Our Benchmark Solutions
As there was varied requirement of client the project was divided among Team AssistUI. The team identified that there are two types of user for WebniarAGoGo: Registered users and Subscribers. Thus the accessibility of site was divided among these two users and here are our solutions:
- Activities of Registered User:
Registered users are the members of this site who can add their specific webinars after choosing any of the product purchase plan. With infusion shopping cart a user can register. In the second step the user will be allowed to set up an account resulting in making a site. A registered user can add as many webinars as they want and control how subscribers will watch each webinar videos. From the account the registered user can set time when the video will become live with options like daily, weekly or monthly playback. Thus, each webinar can easily be adjusted with its own start time. Before the webinar starts subscribers can see a professional graphic with countdown timer. - Activities of Subscribers:
A flying user can watch any video after subscribing to the site. The activity of subscribers is only limited to watching the specific webinars subscribed for. Unlike registered user subscribers don’t have any account. - Time Management Tool:
This is one of the most unique and interesting feature of this website. This complex custom tool was provided by Team AssistUI as a response to client’s requirement. This tool allowed registered user to set the most suitable time for each webinar to go live. The tool features a simple UI making it extremely user friendly. - Auto Responders:
Auto Responders are the mails sent by registered users to subscribers mail address. They can choose time and date to send auto responder mail as a reminder after or before webinar starts. Registered users can watch the number of subscribers under each webinars. They can also sort subscribers according to date of subscription. As auto responders play a crucial part for this site, team AssistUI provided an option of test mail to be sent from the registered user account. The team also provided the option to clone auto responders so that it can be just modified whenever subscribers subscribe to a new webinar. Registered user can also clone other registered user’s webinar. - Cloning Section:
One of the requirements of the client was to control the overall activities of both registered users and subscribers. Team AssistUI helped client in meeting this requirement by offering different options like “Cloning Section” and “Done 4U Library”. With the help of cloning section admin can create new account by copying all the webinar as well as auto responder of a registered user’s account. Simultaneously, admin can add any webinar or auto responder of an existing user and provide the same webinar with different name for any other existing user. - Done 4U Library:
As there are series of webinars, there was a requirement to feature best webinars front end helping browsers to know about the website properly. Flying user can see all these webinar and if they want to copy the webinar, he will be redirected to registration page.
