Another important requirement of client was to show the available time slot for counseling in front end and also a confirmation mail citing the details of the payment transactions. Thus, clients can book for appointments as per available schedule.

Secured Payment Gateway:
The team implemented a secured payment gateway, Paypal to secure that there are no loopholes in online security system. The system was designed in a way where after the successful transaction a confirmation mail will be send to mail addresses with details of the appointment like calling option, voice mail and other party. Admin also receives the mail mentioning the details of the same.
Schedule Management Tool:
This was one of the most important requirements. The team decided to create a custom schedule management tool. The process of creating this tool was complex but the main aim was to maintain a user friendly user interface. In this tool the front end user can see the list of available time slot for the entire week. The front end user can book the appointment suitable to their requirement.

Simultaneously, from the admin panel of schedule management tool, admin can see the list of appointments with green checked sign. Will the roll over of mouse the admin can see the full details of appointment filled by front end user in appointment page.
